“Elliott first starting working on a home that I now have as an investment property in an attempt to gain a higher class of renter. It worked. I was able to get a very high quality of renter to sign a 3 year lease and I believe that by having him come in and spruce up the landscaping it made that decision easier for my tenant.
Since then, I have had him out at my new home which has considerably more landscaping and maintenance and he has remained at the same level of service with the bigger job as he did the smaller job. That kind of effort goes a long way in my book. I have also referred Elliott to several friends of mine who have all been very pleased with his competence, level of service, and his pricing.
